Trust, Respect, Diplomacy: Words to work by

This is a poster I have kept on my office wall. The reminders are ones that have served me well in the work environment, in maintaining professionalism, integrity, and smooth working relationships. The first set is in turn from a speaker at a seminar that I resonated with (that also kept them posted as reminders), the second set I had come to previously through introspection about my successes and foibles, and in wondering why my email communications were not always received as positively and helpfully as I intended them. :-)
