Join the EDA Consortium and the IEEE Council on EDA prior to Tuesday Morning's Keynote Address at 8:30 AM in Ballroom 102/103, as we proudly honor Dr. C. L. David Liu with the 2011 Phil Kaufman Award. Dr. Liu was selected to receive the award for his work in leading the transformation from ad hoc EDA to algorithmic EDA.
