FastCustomer Skips Waiting on Hold, Connects You to a Real Person in One Tap
Android/iPhone: If you're tired of waiting forever on the phone with customer service, free app FastCustomer helps you skip the wait on hold and only rings your phone when an actual human being is on the line.
There are a lot of ways you can make your customer service experience a little better, but it doesn't get much easier than FastCustomer. The app has hundreds of companies in their database, so you just find the one you want to call, tap on it, and that's it. A few minutes later your phone will ring and a customer service representative will be on the other end, ready to help you solve your problem. It's very similar to previously mentioned LucyPhone, it's just even easier—instead of navigating the phone trees yourself, that representative is literally one tap away.
