SOUTHEASTCON 2013 is the annual conference for Region 3, which contains a horizontal technical conference with workshops and technical paper presentations; the Region 3 Student Conference, including robotics hardware, software, ethics, papers, etc.; and the annual volunteer meeting of the region. Following the theme "Reliable DC Utility Power – NERC in the 21st Century," NewNEB technical presentations will be structured into 90-minute sessions of three papers each (20 minutes presentation, 10 minutes Q&A). IEEE International Conference on Wireless for Space and Extreme Environments

IEEE Signal Processing in Medicine and Biology Symposium

Signal processing plays a broad role in the development of medical devices and in the analysis of physiological signals.
