Skype 5.5.124 group call problems?

Hi,

   I was having repeated problems receiving an incoming call on Skype.  I found the following advice, and decided that trying the 5.7 beta was likely to be

if nothing else not worse than the "production" version I have been using...

Checking on Skype's forum web site, the only fix yet seems to be installing their beta version
and that works. 5.7.0.123
It has something to do with the Ads they are sending..

Edit: You can also down load an older version that works as well. 5.5.0.117
